Please any body send me the things to be considered as per company act 1956 of india while doing audit of a subsidiary(private)company of a private holding company. Urgent.

1. ASs are followed or not
2 Audit enquiry u//s 227(1A)
3. reporting Responsibility u/s 227.
4. CARO CHECK LIST AND ITS EXPLANATIONS
5. FORM DD-A from director regarding disqualification of directors.
6. Sec 297, 299 and 301 compliance.
