(1) audit of coop soc should be within framework of its bylaws. in case of coop soc audit, auditor is its friend and philosopher
(2) CA and officer of department (Coop. Soc)
(3) ITR V as the status is AOP
(4) Audit is compulsory so due date is 30.09
