Is it necessary to attach 100 hrs. ITT certificate with exam forms.

I have heard that exam form is to be sent to New Delhi and 100 hrs. ITT certificate is to be sent to Noida (U.P.). Is it true?

Please help me out.

23 August 2008 ITT Registration will be updated on passing of the exams. You have to attach the certificate with exam form. You have to deal with RO for forms and not with Noida.
