yES, IN CASE OF ASSET TRANSFER, EXCISE DUTY WILL BE ATTRACT. EXCISE DUTY CHARGED BY UNIT I WILL BE AVAILED BY UNIT II.
IN CASE OF ASSET TRANSFER WITHIN INTER UNIT, SALES TAX IS NOT CHARGED AGAINST FORM F.
IN CASE OF ASSET TRANSFER WITHIN INTER UNIT, SALES TAX IS NOT CHARGED AGAINST FORM F.
