My Query is-
I have a company xyz Ltd. and 3 branches Raipur, Ratlam and Kota.
I transferred one machine from raipur to Kota and one machine from Ratlam to Kota.
what will be the tax implication under CST, Entry Tax etc.
As per my knowledge no tax will be arrise. kindly confirm me.

If it is branch transfer no taxes. for this you need to feel one form. i dont remember the form no. .
