03 January 2015 Sir,
I have quearies regarding income tax matter
I received to notices 1) notice u/s 143(2) and notice u/s 142(2) of the IT Act ,1961 and both of notices is received from different ward office of Income tax.
What can we do to solve this assessment.
Please do needful help.

03 January 2015 First and foremost....acknowledge BOTH the notices through written communication.

First go to 143(2) and attend the case and ask for what is required to submitted by you...ok?

Then go to 142(2),

See the point is....143(2) is something which you are going to attend...as return of income is filed by you right?

take a judgement and decide the appropriate time to inform the 142(2) officer that your case is handled by so and so 143(2)
