12 April 2011 Can anyone provide format of main object clause of a comapny who has arts and craft and design as its main object?

12 April 2011 1. To carry on the business of designers, decorators, furnishers, landscapers, upholsters, woodworkers, consultants and contractors for all type of projects and to provide all kinds of services connected with the above.

2. To undertake all kinds of jobs as interim decorators, furnishers, cleaners, repairer and render services in all other auxiliary fields.

3. To carry on the business of manufacturing all kinds of furniture made from wood, brass, steel, fibre glass, plastics or any other alloys, handicrafts, house furnishers, hirers, repairers, cleaners of furniture, carpets, linoleum, furnishing fabrics and other floor covering, china and glass wood fittings and all things capable of being used therewith or in the maintenance and repair thereof.

4. To carry on the business as dealers stockists, importers and exporters of all types of furniture, fittings, furnishing fabrics, handicrafts, wooden products, plywood, teakwood and teak boards.
