IN CA COURSE 3 1/2YEARS IS MORE TIME CONSUMING FOR STUDENT WHY NOT ICAI ITS CORSE PERIOD TO 2YEARS ONLY?

Ya. 3.5 year period is a bit long. But it is a policy decision. We can not help it.
