Articleship registration.

Dear,
I have joined my article ship on 29/10/2011, thereafter I sent form 103 to ICAI. After two months i got a letter from icai which shows that my employer is not eligible because she has already more then 10 articles. But my employer said that out of the 10, 3 has completed there article ship but they not submitted there documents to the icai. plz tell me What should i do ? wait for the 3 students or join another firm. also tell me when the icai will register me as article ?
