I joined articleship on 03.04.2013 bt I have discontinue my articleship 17 sept 2013 to 28 October 2013 can I take transfer from the firm till date today. .

if 1 year on paper is over then un canot take transfer freely as first now u need to take prio permission from icai on paper and trhen only when they allow u can take in form 109.
