I have taken transfer from my firm on 28th september 2012 and submitted the transfer from on 15th october 2012, then again i have rejoined the same firm in the last week of october 2012. My qustion is that can i mention the date 1st october 2012 as my joining date in the form 103 as my principal have no objection on it.?? And will ICAI object on it as such i have deposited transfer form on 15th october 2012 but showing joining date of 1st october 2012??????

It will be decided mutually by you and principal and if the principal has no objection then you can do so.

But forthis, it is required that stamp paper should be on or before 1st October 2012.

My principal does not have any objection on it as he himself told me about the date. But the problem is that "Will ICAI raise a question that if i had join the firm on 1st october 2012 then why i had submitted the transfer form on 15th october 2012"? I have mentioned the date of transfer as 28th september 2012 in form 109.

If the document will be complete according to law then Institute will no issue any query on your articleship commencement.
