Respected Sir,
I am IPCC Student take Transfer From
my principal and join new principal after 9 months of work and during my served I take leave for 78 days So please tell me who many remaining leave now allowed to me??????????

(1) Total days in 9 months article ship = 274
Less leave taken = 78
Balance days worked = 196
Eligible leave = 196 / 6 = 33
Leave taken = 78
Excess leave for which supplementary article ship is required = 78 - 33 = 45.
(2) Total days in 2 years and 3 months with new employer = 791
1/6 th of the above = 132
Effective working days 791 -132 = 659
Maximum leave that can be availed 659 /6 = 110
Less leave taken = 78
Balance days worked = 196
Eligible leave = 196 / 6 = 33
Leave taken = 78
