17 September 2015 Arrear salary means salary outstanding for the previous months due to some reasons..

Sometime when we join a organization due to delay in opening of bank account, salary cant b processed.. so it can b paid in later month as arrear

suppose my salary is 30000 PM and due to some reason i have not got my salary for five. month and in six month i have got my entire salary included 5 month also. weather TDS will be made on the five month or not... and how the section 89 attract in this matter....

19 September 2015 yes tds will b deducted dear............ TDS will b there always whenever u wil get any payment from the company as salary

whenever company will pay salary then they will deduct TDS as per section 192 calculation, but i which case section 89 will be attract plz explain it with an example.........
