Appointment of whole time director

Dear Sir/Madam
As per the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 the concept of KMP is not applicable to the private Comapnies but our Company want ot appoint new director as whole time director. please suggest me the Form MR-1 is required to file with ROC in our case.

No need to file MR-1 as company is not required to appoint KMP under the Act.
