Dear Experts,
In a listed company, Mr. A was reappointed as MD in the Board meeting held on 10th May, as his term expires on 31st august for the further period of 3 years i.e, effect from 1st September.
However the same was approved by shareholders in the AGM held on 30th September.
Kindly let me know the fees for filing 25C is calculated from the effective date of Appointment or date of Board Meeting.

Hi
You will file Form-25C with in 90 days from the date of appointment (from 01.09.) with normal fee.
You also file Form-23 with ROC with additional fee along with normal fee. because your 30 days expire on 01.10.
Date of appointment will be considered fro Form-25C and date of passing of Board resolution will be taken for Form-23.
