what is the last date for appointment n payment of fees to MCA. please help

Every company required to get cost audit conducted under Section 148(2) of the Companies Act, 2013 shall appoint a cost auditor within 180 days of the commencement of every financial year. Remuneration of such cost auditor shall be ratified by shareholders subsequently.
