10 September 2012 How many days after incorporation of company any individual can become Additional Director in that incorporated company?

10 September 2012 After incorporation of the company, the Board may appoint anyone as additional director, subject to the provisions of MOA.

After incorporation of the company, the Board may appoint any time additional director of the Company. There is no restriction for appointment of additional director.

11 September 2012 No there is no restriction about any day.. however, the additional director shall cease to be a director on the date of General meeting it means on the AGM, additional director needs to be confirmed.
