what are the documents to be attached with application claiming refund under Under Rule 5 Cenvat Credit Rules. what is the time limitation.

The nature of your transaction is not known. However normally the exports documentation to prove that goods have left the country + receipts for the same ( optional) + calcuation of credits and claim amount + earlier period returns + form R maybe used + grounds on which the refund is claimed.
