iwant to know in may 2012 attemt of ipcc direct tax code & irfs applicable or not if not which assesment year applicable in may 2012 attempt

29 December 2011 For May 2012 exams, DTC will not be applicable because DTC is not even proposed yet.

Finance Act 2011, i.e., AY 2012-13 shall be applicable.

DTC if passed in Finance Act 2012 will be applicable from May 2013 exams.
