An assessee earns commission income from LIC. Which ITR is he required to file?

Section 44AD has been retrospectively amended to provide that Section 44AD is NOT applicable to commission or agency income.
Accordingly the assessee CANNOT avail the benefit of Section 44AD.
He will have to file ITR 4.
