i want to know, which section should i write while filling the e-form 23 in case appointement of executive director from an additional director.and what purpose?

answer it urgent pls,

No need to file Form-23 for the appointment of executive director from additional director unless he is MD.

You just file Form-32 for change in designation of director and attached Shareholder resolution passed under section 257 of the Companies Act,1956.
