MY QUESTION IS THAT ONE PARTNERSHIP FIRM HAVING TURNOVER OF Rs. 20000/- AND MAKING NET LOSS OF Rs. 50000/- IN THEIR FIRST YEAR THAN SECTION 44AD IS APPLICABLE OR NOT?
