Applicabilty of Sec. & Higher Edu. Cess on Service Tax

Hi All,
While filing service tax return the software shows a validation error for putting figure of Sec. & Higher Edu. cess 1% on service tax.
Is it no more chargeable on service tax ?
Please help.

Yes,I also, but file with this error. if you delet all secondry cess then file will validated. but its wrong. so go ahead with this error and file your return.
