Dear Experts,
Reverse Charge Mechanism is applicable ,if :
Legal Services are provided by any individual advocate or a firm of individuals to any business entity having Turnover in excess of 10 lakhs.
Query in this regard is whether a Credit Cooperative society is covered under the defintion of business entity or not??
