Is Union budget 2015 relating to taxes applicable for Nov 2015 Ca final examination? Please advice,I am in delemma

Direct Tax Part will not be applicable as it will be applicable for AY 2016-17. For Nov 2015 AY 2015-16 will be applicable. Indirect Tax part may be applicable so wait for the amendments & Supplementary test papers to be issued by ICAI
