Applicability of st on furniture, chairs, computers on rent

one of my client has taken the office furniture, chairs, computers. tables etc, along whith the office on rent, for this furniture,chairs, computers, my client is paying RS.7000 PM, please let me know weather ST will be applicable or not if yes any abatement and who will pay the ST,
plz clarify.......
