29 November 2012 There is a mobile tower in our old empty factory campus and he paying only Rs. 3Lk p.a. Is service tax applicable on this service? and how much.

29 November 2012 If Total turnover of taxable services does not exceeds. 10 lakhs in the previous year then service then service tax is not applicable.
