Japanese co giving trade mark to one of the Indian co , i want to know whether it is applicable to service tax & which head of service tax

The question is not complete, in the sense, whether any consideration is received for it and what is the value? whether the service receiver is already registered under service tax? In any case it will be treated import of services.
