my client is a co., who arrange tour & travel packages for Indians at Dubai in which it arrange air ticket from India to Dubai nd hotel nd all things in Dubai. my question is whither service tax is applicable on this co. or not

20 August 2011 If you have two setups one in Dubai and another in India then whatever services rendered in India is chargeable to service tax. If you have rendered services from India to your Dubai Office then also you are covered provided your turnover is above 10 L
