is sec 194 ia of IT act is applicable where two resident sale the property and aggregate amount exceeds Rs. 50Lac but individually it less then Rs. 50 lac each.?

As the aggregate amount exceeds Rs 50 lakhs sec 194 IA applicable.

BUT AS PER ACT, THERE IS NOT ANY LIMIT THAT AGG. AMOUNT SHOULD TAKEN FOR APPLICABILITY OF THE SAID SECTION.. 194IA.
IT'S SAID WHEN THE PAYMENT TO "A RESIDENT" EXCEEDS RS 50 LAC, BUT IN MY CASE IT DOES NOT EXCEEDS RS 50 LAC..
IT'S MY OPINION..KINDLY CONSIDER AND GUIDE
