22 December 2019 SIR,I WANT TO REGISTER EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY UNDER SOCIETIES ACT. CAN I OBTAIN 12AA REGISTRATION OF THIS SOCIETY AND ALSO HOW ITS INCOME WILL BE TAXABLE AND IN WHICH STATUS ITS PAN SHOULD BE APPLIED(AOP OR AJP).
