For Financial statement prepared for the year ended December,2012. whether Revised Schedule VI is applicable or not ???

Revised schedule VI applies on eligible companies whose financial year commences on or after April 1,2011. In the cited issue financial year commences on January 1, 2012 and hence revised schedule VI is applicable.
