Dear Sir,
Could you please confirm me that Service Tax Notification No. 17/2005 regarding exemption of Service Tax on road construction works is applicable to "Road Safety Services" in NH.
We are providing road safety services like Road Marking, Sign Board erection and delinator erection on NH.
