Applicability of cst / vat

Dear Sir
we having office in bangalore (karnataka)selling goods to our customers located in bangalore (karnataka) only.
now d problem is the billing address is bangalore (karnataka) and the customer asking us to ship the material to tamil nadu.
so in invoice billing address in karnataka and shipping address is tamilnadu.
in this case whether we have to charge local VAT or CST ? pls clarify with some proof

There would be applicability of CST because goods is moving from one state to another state.
