Applicability of company bill for ipcc may 2013 and nov 2013

I want to know that, wheather company bill which was passed recently will be applicable to may 2013 and nov 2013 ipcc exams ?
It will be early to say that the Companies Bill 2012 will apply on May 2013 or not, because the Companies Bill is not approved by Rajya Sabha and till date it is in Bill nature and not in Act nature.
So, wait and watch.
