Applicability of company bill 2012 in ca exam in may/nov'13

Dear sir/mam..

By what time I can get the New Company bill-2012 passed in Parliament will be applicable in CA exam in Nov' 2013 exam..

04 January 2013 Chances are remote. It is likely to be enacted in the second week of May 2013.

As on date it is not an Act, it is in nature of Bill. When it will be Act then it will be applicable. The Institute after that will issue notification for applicability of that.

So, i will suggest you to read existing Companies Act, 1956 and wait for new new Act.
