i want to maintain my accounts in computer with a user friendly software to keep my books of account for my construction business such as apartments/cmmercial complexes. Please suggest on this regard for which are the suitable accunting software for construction field.

According to me Tally is best package for Accounts.
But you can also consult with the system developer as per your requirement for the accounting package.
