28 January 2015 Any one please provide me the Board Resolution Copy for giving Notice of address at which books of account are to be maintained by Company, attached with e-form- AOC-5.

28 January 2015 The board put up the need for changing the place for keeping the books of accounts from the registered office,( give full address) to the head office of the company at ( give full address) and after discussion passed the following resolution:-

“RESOLVED THAT approval of board of directors be and is hereby accorded for changing the place for keeping the books of accounts of the Company from the registered office, (give full address) to the head office of the company at( give full address)".

"FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Managing Director of the Company be and is hereby authorized to digitally sign and e-file Form AOC-5 with Registrar of Companies, Kerala and Lakshadweep and to do all other consequntial and ancillary matters arising thereto.”
