What are the auditors duty,at the time of conducting and reporting as an statutory auditor, if company has not filed Annual return and Annual Accounts with MCA & ROC.
Also What if Co. has paid up capital of Rs.10 lac and no compliance certificate is obtained
Company is Private Limited Co.
