what are the annual filings for a private company whose authorise capital is 20 lakh and paid up capital is 5 lakh.
I understand 23AC and 23 ACA (non xbrl) and 2oB(annual return) is applicable.. what are the other forms and compliances applicable?
Will form 66 be applicable? i understand its for companies with paid up capital amounting to 10 lakhs to 5 crores.

Hi,
You are right and additionally you have to file e-form 23B relating to intimation to RoC regarding appointment of auditor.
