Whether Annexure to Form 3CD for FBT is apllicale for the AY 10-11 or not? what about the FBT reporting in 3CD?

Yes it will be applicable as the format for Form 3CD has not been amended.
However no details will be furnished in the same as the same is not required to be reported.

AGREED , TILL DATE FORM 3CD IS NOT AMENDED BY CBDT, HENCE ANNEXURE OF FBT WILL BE PART OF 3CD MENTIONING THAT NOT APPLICABLE.
