UPTO WHAT LIMIT SALARY IS EXEMPTED FROM ESIC ?
UPTO WHAT LIMIT SALARY IS EXEMPTED FROM EPF ?
ACTUALLY I HAVE TO EMPLOY SOME PART TIME SALESMEN FROM 6.00 PM TO 10.00 PM IN MY SHOP. WHAT AMOUNT OF SALARY SHOULD BE FIXED AS UPON WHICH DEDUCTION OF ESIC AND EPF BOTH SHOULD NOT BE REQUIRED.

Fix salary above Rs. 15,000 so that both PF and ESI not applicable.

Seetharaman sir thank u very much. Okey I will fix up as of Rs 15,100/= or more and then it would be 100% exempted from deduction and payment of ESIC and EPF as advised by you. Now will remain liability of professional tax of Rs 2500 per year on account of salary being paid to such employees. Am I right sir.,
