After amending Form ST-1 in ACES Portal for Change of Address, what are the documents to be submitted to Service Tax Office.

Is there any recent changes in Service Tax Amendment? Please let me know the related Circular/Notification/Trade Notice for reference, if there is any recent change.

02 April 2015 1. Self attested copy of the proof of ownership /lease or rent agreement /allotment letter from govt /no objection letter from the owner of the premises to which registration is sought for my be forwarded to the jurisdictional superintendent with in 7 days of electronically uploading the data.

2. Yes. Order no.1/2015-service tax dated 28-2-2015 may be referred to.
