transport allowance is for commuting between office and home and vice versa which is exempted to the tune of Rs. 800 p.m
Travelling allowance is for commuting from one place to another for official purpose say from one city to another which is exempted to the tune of actual expense for official purpose
Conveyance is same as travelling
