Is PAS 3 form is to file for allotment of shares to the subscribers of memorandum?? Further if yes within how many days allotment has to be done??

NO NEED TO FILE E-FORM PAS -3 for the agreed upon shares at the time of incorporation by the subscribers of MOA. But further issue to them warrants e-filing of PAS-3.
