Ask your Client i.e Drawing Officer to get it from the related Treasury Office. That is the only solution...

Hiren, Then you may consult with that same NSDL Mumbai Center for this. Because they may have some ways to identify the AIN. Or else you may contact the particular DDO for whom you have applied AIN. They may received any communication regarding this. Also consult the related Treasury for more information. They are the persons dealt with DDO, AIN, paybills etc.
