Dear Sir ,
I wish to clarify the following
Whether Board of Director's can authorise any direcor to file annual filing before the AGM Date?
i.e. Mr.X was authorised by the BOD to file the ROC annual filing before the AGM Date? Is it valid?

Authorisation for ROC filing can be prior to the date of AGM. But filing of annual accounts and return can be only after adoption of accounts in the AGM.
