Dear members, Can anyone tell me about the penalties for not conducting agm up to due date for F.Y. 2013-14??

Fine which may extend to Rs. 50,000 on the company and every officer of the company who is in default may be levied and for continuing default, with a further fine of Rs. 2500 per day during which the default continues may be levied

Please refer to Section 99 of the Companies Act 2013 for penalties for default of Section 96 which talks of AGM. Also Section 97 on the power of the Tribunal to call AGM in case of default.
