In the current assessment year the slab rate of advance tax payment is Rs5000/- or Rs.10000/-? if Rs10000/- than from which year it is consider?

Rs. 10,000/- w.r.e.f 1/4/2009. Pl see section 208 of the income tax Act,1961.
