I have few questions on this topic...
Tushar can you kindly explain why claiming additional depreciation is mandatory because If assessee do not claim additional depreciation it will only increase his tax burden and that is what department wants?
Why would any assessee not like to claim additional depreciation?
Since claiming additional depreciation is mandatory what if the assessee did not claim additional depreciation?
